First Light Restoration was founded in October 2024 with a simple belief: the restoration industry could be done better. After years of seeing franchise and private equity–driven companies treat customers like numbers, we set out to build something different—locally owned, veteran owned and operated, with the personal care of a neighbor and the professionalism of a trusted partner.

From the very beginning, we’ve built our team by bringing together some of the best talent in restoration and reconstruction—people who share our passion for quality work and exceptional service. That commitment has fueled our growth, allowing us to expand our services and create more opportunities for both our customers and our employees. At First Light, we don’t just restore property—we restore confidence, peace of mind, and trust. Because to us, every project is personal.

Our name carries a meaning that reflects who we are and why we do this work. First Light is a symbol of hope—those first rays of morning after the darkest part of the night. For families and businesses facing fire, flood, or loss, we want to be that first light: a reminder that recovery is possible and better days are ahead.
